Cell Culture and Cell Imaging Laboratory

Therapeutic effects of radionuclide labeled molecules on human cancer cells have been investigated in this laboratory. Within the scope of these researches; radiolabeled molecules on healthy and cancerous cells examining the uptake parameters, cytotoxicity, apoptosis and flourescent imaging studies have been carried out.

In the laboratory, CO₂ incubator, Laminar Flow Cabinet, cooled centrifuge, multiplate reader, autoclave and various microscopes (light, inverted, stereo and flourescent) are available.
